My name is Giovanni, I was born and raised in Tuscany. When I was 25 years old I left Italy to work in advertising, but my roots can't follow me, they're still stuck in in Italy.

This is demonstrated by my indelible and strong Tuscan accent, in any other languages that I have learned.

Osteria Sentieri is an authentic experience in which to let yourself go, starting with the prepared dishes and the wines poured. It is a cuisine in which attention to the choice of raw materials, particularly those from the Tuscan territory, goes hand in hand with the care taken in preparing them innovatively but with great respect for the flavors of tradition.

Pepe nero

Chef Gilberto Rossi interprets traditional dishes according to the canons of modern cuisine through shorter cooking times and more delicate flavours. The restaurant's typical products are mainly those of the San Miniato area: white truffles (or the types available in other seasons), always strictly fresh and from the San Miniato hills, the flavours of the vegetable garden, and all seasonal products.

Brassica Osteria Contemporanea is a small, intimate restaurant in the historic centre of San Miniato waiting to be discovered.

The butcher's shop has been in the historical center of San Miniato since 1925.

The historic headquarters of four generations of butchers has always offered fresh meat from local beef, pork, sheep, and white meat farms, cured meats, and a delicatessen of its own production.

Recently, there was also a restaurant with a view of the hills at the back of the shop.

In 2009, three friends including two entrepreneurs and a restaurateur named Paolo Fiaschi, came together to establish Papaveri e Papere, a small restaurant located in the picturesque Tuscan countryside. They treat each raw material with respect and attention, and use typical Tuscan ingredients with modern cooking techniques to create innovative and delicious dishes.

Casa Masi

Ever since Casa Masi first opened its doors, we have upheld the old Tuscan tradition of cooking, which emphasizes the production of our local land in a way that respects seasonality. Our kitchen is far from industrial assembly lines and culinary pollutants. We use raw ingredients to create dishes that follow old recipes, such as handmade tagliatelle made with chickpea flour, sometimes substituted with chestnut flour in the winter. Our aim is to preserve the gastronomic traditions of our ancestors by continuing to use their knowledge of the spontaneous plants that grow on our land, as well as their recipes for syrups, marmalades, and aromatic plants. By doing so, we hope to weave together the stories of yesterday and today, and continue to carry on this rich culinary heritage.

Adriano's restaurant serves cuisine that celebrates simplicity without being narcissistic. It is rooted in tradition, specifically that of Tuscany, and the restaurant only incorporates new elements gradually. The quality of the raw materials is respected and prioritized before cooking, with the ultimate goal of using only the highest-quality ingredients. This gastronomic approach is marked by honesty and concrete substance, with a focus on the territory and seasonality of the food.

A good 25 years have passed since the first patisserie opened.

We have come a long way and many things have changed over the years. However, some fixed points remain,

which we carry forward with determination: the tradition of old-fashioned flavours,

the continuous search for high quality raw materials and the genuineness of the products we offer our customers. 

Our customers are welcomed into a warm and comfortable environment, where they can breathe in all the atmosphere of a traditional pastry shop.
